　　2. Read the text again, find out the sentences and analyse them.

　　1) Later in the next century, people from England made voyages to conquer other parts of the world and because of that, English began to be spoken in many other counties.

　　【設(shè)計意圖】根據(jù)文章填空旨在讓學(xué)生熟悉文章，加深對故事內(nèi)容的理解，練習(xí)口頭表達(dá)能力；在學(xué)生理解了文章的主旨大意，把握了文章的相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)信息，并進(jìn)行了深入理解后，再對信息進(jìn)行再整合，根據(jù)自己對文章的理解概括全文的主要內(nèi)容。而通過discussion給學(xué)生提出了兩個開放性的問題，給學(xué)生提供了一個開放討論的空間，更是進(jìn)一步加深了學(xué)生對文章主旨的深入體會，既實(shí)現(xiàn)了有語言輸入到語言輸出的跨越，又讓學(xué)生在角色扮演中深刻了解學(xué)好英語的重要性；從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了本節(jié)課的情感態(tài)度目標(biāo)。
