　　句式：

　　1．what引導名詞性從句

　　What I should do now is to keep on studying hard in order to be admitted into a famous university.When I become independent economically in the future，I will help my parents live a better life.

　　2．動詞ing形式作狀語

　　四、連句成篇

　　1．凱特是一個樂觀的人，她對生活抱有積極的態(tài)度，她經(jīng)常面帶笑容，她很關(guān)心別人。（同位語，非限制性定語從句）

　　2．現(xiàn)在她對自己的工作感到滿意，并對自己的家庭感到驕傲,但是幾年前，她卻是一個厭世的婦女，她終日為瑣事(trivial matters)而擔心。

　　3．她急于賺更多的錢去養(yǎng)家，但是，讓她吃驚的是，老板對她的工作感到失望，因此，她對生活失去信心。

　　4．她的丈夫很擔心，期望她不要放棄，對生活要建立自信。（現(xiàn)在分詞做伴隨狀語）

　　5．她丈夫的鼓勵給她留下深刻的印象，她感動地流下眼淚。

　　Kate, an optimistic person, who has a positive attitude towards her life, always wears smile on her face and cares much about others. Now she is content with her work and is proud of her family, but a few years ago, she was a pessimistic woman, so she was often anxious about trivial matters. She was anxious to earn money to support her family, but to her great surprise, her boss was disappointed at her work, and thus she lost heart in life. Her husband was worried about her, expecting her not to give up and build confidence in life. The encouragements from her husband made an impression on her, so she was touched to tears.
