　　注：后者批評(píng)對(duì)方對(duì)情況或事情的不了解，不清楚。

　　139. 你瘋了嗎？ Are you crazy? / Are you out of your mind?

　　注：foe的意思是敵人， 同“enemy”，雖然enemy較常見(jiàn)，但這里是要強(qiáng)調(diào)兩個(gè)字一樣都是f開(kāi)頭，所以用Foe。

　　171. 表里不一。  Thinks one way, but acts another.

　　E.g.  A: She’s so hypocritical. She thinks one way but acts  another.

　　注：用這句形容一個(gè)人很虛偽，說(shuō)的一套，做的又是一套。

　　注：簡(jiǎn)短一點(diǎn)可以說(shuō)：“Don’t pass it up!” 或 “Don’t pass this up!”.

　　注：這兩句情況有些不同，“everyone wins”愿意是“每個(gè)人都贏。”因此，所指的對(duì)象可以不只是兩個(gè)而已；“Good for both sides。”就特別針對(duì)只有兩個(gè) 對(duì)象的情況。

　　注：本句與“tacit agreement”（默契）意思一樣。

　　211.  社會(huì)敗類。  Scum of society. （表示很強(qiáng)烈的譴責(zé)，通常指無(wú)賴、罪犯及下

　　212. 我在忙啦！ I’m busy! (依講話的口氣，話中有不耐煩或忽視對(duì)方的意味)

　　213. 放你一馬。  Off the hook.  / Lucky this time. / Saved by the bell.

　　E.g.  1) A: You are so lucky the teacher let you off the hook this  time.

　　2) A: You’re lucky this time. Next time it won’t be easy.

　　3) A: Why haven’t you finished your work?

　　B: Well, I’ve been working on…(Bell rings)

　　A: Saved by the bell.

　　注：off the hook 本意是魚(yú)脫鉤，引申為逃過(guò)一劫。Saved by the bell常見(jiàn) 于學(xué)生因下課鈴聲及時(shí)響起，而逃過(guò)答不出問(wèn)題的窘境，或在拳擊比賽中，被打得快輸 了，但因中場(chǎng)鈴聲及時(shí)響起而得以撐到下一場(chǎng)。

　　214. 歪打正著。 Hit the jackpot. (俚語(yǔ)，表示非常幸運(yùn)或成功)

　　215. 別搞錯(cuò)了.  Don’t take it the wrong way. （本意是“不要錯(cuò)估形勢(shì)”或不要

　　因誤會(huì)我說(shuō)的的話而生氣”。）

　　216. 別管閑事！ Stop bossing me around!

　　注：它的形容詞bossy。在不需要幫忙時(shí)，硬要幫忙出點(diǎn)子、下命令，就會(huì)被說(shuō)是“You

　　are so bossy”。

　　217. 求之不得。  Want it badly.

　　I wouldn’t miss it for the world.

　　注：前者是指想要某物而不惜任何代價(jià)，前后句接得通常是I would give

　　anything, my arms, my legs…”等。 而I wouldn’t miss it for the world是指“

　　我一定會(huì)去”或“我一定會(huì)參加”。

　　218. 想開(kāi)點(diǎn)吧！  Take it easy. / Don’t take it so hard.

　　注：Don’t take it so hard 是安慰別人的話，要人家“不要把事情想得那

　　樣糟”，或者是“不要讓它困擾你。”

　　219. 不如這樣……  What about…

　　220. 有口難言。  I can’t say… (指是知道答案，但為了某種原因而不能講出來(lái)。)

　　221. 你還頂嘴！ Talk back. (指回答的態(tài)度或方式很不禮貌)

　　222. 我不行了。  I’m done.

　　注：在以下幾種情況可以用I’m done來(lái)表達(dá)： ①感到太累，不耐煩而不想做

　　某事。② 吃太飽而不想再吃。 ③ 完成某件工作。另外，也可以用“I’m finished.

　　”來(lái)代替，意思一樣。

　　223. 我就知道！  I knew it! (表示事情打一開(kāi)始我就知道是怎么會(huì)事了)

　　224. 看得出來(lái)。  You can tell.

　　E.g.  A: You gained weight, didn’t you? You can tell.

　　225. 來(lái)得及嗎？  Is it too late?  (指是否還有足夠得時(shí)間)

　　Can we make it?  （指我們可否及時(shí)完成或我們可否及時(shí)趕到）

　　226．不買(mǎi)可惜。  Hard to pass up.

　　E.g.  A:  Clothes on sale are hard to pass up.

　　注：Pass up放棄、拒絕，也就是 turn down的意思。

　　227．快去快回！  Hurry back!

　　228．你說(shuō)了算。  Up to you.

　　You’re the Boss. Anything you say.

　　229．放松一下！  Relax!

　　230．習(xí)慣就好！  It’s fine once you get used to it. / You’ll be fine.

　　231. 自作自受！  Serves you right! / You get what you deserve.

　　232. 我急著要。  I need it badly.

　　233. 說(shuō)話算話！  You can’t take it back!

　　234. 笨蛋一個(gè)！  Idiot!

　　235. 真沒(méi)禮貌！  How rude!

　　Give me a look.  （比較正式一點(diǎn)）

　　238. 可想而知。  Goes without saying.

　　注：本句是比較正式的說(shuō)法，一般年輕人口語(yǔ)上常以“Duh！”表示相同的意思，不過(guò)語(yǔ)氣比較酸，隱含“這件事誰(shuí)都知道，你還以為我不曉得��？”的味道。

　　239. 氣死我了！ Makes me so mad!

　　Piss me off!    （比較粗俗）

　　240. 說(shuō)來(lái)聽(tīng)聽(tīng)。  Let’s hear it.

　　241. 天要亡我！ I’ve got no place to go.

　　I’ve come to a dead end.

　　注：以上兩句都隱含絕望的語(yǔ)氣，其中“no place to go”還帶有請(qǐng)求別人幫忙的意思，而“I’ve come to a dead end.”則特別用來(lái)形容經(jīng)過(guò)一番努力卻仍然失敗的情形。

　　242．順其自然。  Go with the flow.

　　注：俚語(yǔ)，F(xiàn)low原意是水流，這里用來(lái)指就像水會(huì)自然流動(dòng)，事情也會(huì)自然解決。

　　242. 經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠。  Get your money’s worth.

　　243. 說(shuō)來(lái)話長(zhǎng)。  It’s a long story. (意味著情況過(guò)于復(fù)雜，難以細(xì)說(shuō)分明)

　　244. 無(wú)怨無(wú)悔。 ( I have ) No regrets.

　　245. 買(mǎi)一送一。  Buy one get one free.

　　246. 打個(gè)折吧!  Give me a discount! (Can I get a discount?)

　　247. 血債血還。 An eye for an eye. (語(yǔ)出圣經(jīng)，原話是：An eye for an eye, a  tooth for a tooth.

　　注：再美國(guó)只是偶爾在戲劇性的場(chǎng)合用到這些字，可說(shuō)是過(guò)時(shí)的字眼。

　　252. 馬馬虎虎。 So-so.

　　253. 真是有緣。  It’s destiny (fate).

　　254. 再接再歷。 Work harder.

　　255. 白忙一場(chǎng)。 In vain.

　　e.g.  I did it all in vain. 指事情結(jié)果令人大失所望，語(yǔ)氣多是難過(guò)，失望或生氣的。

　　256. 出師不利。  Get off on the wrong foot.

　　注：本句表示一開(kāi)始就遇到了麻煩，走錯(cuò)方向或做出錯(cuò)誤的決定，與“get  up on the wrong side of the bed.” 意思不同，后者是“心情不好、煩躁”的意思。

　　257. 你出賣我！ You betrayed me!

　　注：這是對(duì)人的嚴(yán)重指責(zé)，一般在日常生活中較少有這句話的情形出現(xiàn)。另外，“You traitor!”（你這叛徒），意思與本句相同。

　　258. 一言為定！ It’s a deal!

　　注：這句話很常見(jiàn)，只要是達(dá)成協(xié)議或共識(shí)，不管是商業(yè)上成交了某種交易，或是和朋友講定了某件事情，都可用“It’s a deal!”表示

　　259. 快一點(diǎn)啦！ Hurry up!

　　260. 我不在乎！ I don’t care.

　　261. 真是遺憾。  What a shame (pity)!  Or That’s too bad.
